Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
A privacy notice is only worth reading if it describes what actually happens. This one names the services that touch your data and says plainly what each one does.
Who we are
Pixel & Borders Services (SA0519429-W) runs pixelborders.com and is responsible for personal data collected through it. We are at A27-2, Jalan IM 7/19, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang. Privacy questions go to hi@pixelborders.com, which is read by a person.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for the service you need, whether you have a website and its address, your budget and timeline, your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number and email address (at least one of the two) and notes. With each enquiry we also record the page it was sent from, the country and network address it came from, your browser, and any campaign tags and any ad click identifiers (for example gclid or fbclid) in the link that brought you here. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you put in that message. We do not ask for identity documents, card or bank details, or anything about your health, beliefs or politics, and you should not send them.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to understand and quote for the work, to deliver it once it starts, and to keep the site free of abuse. We do not sell personal data, rent it, or use it to target advertising at you.
What happens when you send the form
Your enquiry is stored in our enquiry database and sent to our team as an email and a short Telegram notice. If you gave an email address, you receive one automatic email confirming we have your enquiry. Nothing else is sent to you unless you reply or we answer you directly.
Consent, and taking it back
Sending an enquiry is you agreeing that we may use those details to answer it and to scope the work. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to hi@pixelborders.com. Withdrawal applies from the moment you ask; it does not undo something already done.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs Google Analytics 4, property G-T867HTLJYV, to count visits and see which pages and sources bring people here. It sets two cookies: _ga, which tells one browser from another, and _ga_T867HTLJYV, which holds the state of your current visit. Both expire two years after your last visit. Google derives an approximate location from your IP address and then discards it. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not join it to anything you send through the form. Refusing these cookies changes nothing about how this site works for you.
Who else sees it
These services handle data on our behalf, and no others:
- Cloudflare hosts this site, screens the form for bots with Turnstile, stores each enquiry in our database, and delivers our email, including the confirmation sent to you. Our mailbox also runs on Cloudflare.
- Telegram carries a short notice of each new enquiry (your name, how to reach you, and what it is about) to the people who answer them.
- Google keeps a copy of each enquiry in our Gmail account, and measures visits, as described above.
- WhatsApp handles any conversation you choose to start with us there.
All of them operate outside Malaysia, so data reaching them is processed abroad under their own terms and safeguards. Beyond these, we pass personal data to nobody unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
Keeping it accurate
If something we hold about you is wrong or out of date, write to hi@pixelborders.com and we will correct it.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while we are answering it and while it may still turn into work. Records of work we have actually done are kept for as long as our accounts and obligations require. When neither reason applies, the data is removed. Ask, and we will tell you what we currently hold about you.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended, you may:
- ask what we hold your data for;
- ask for a copy of it;
- ask us to correct it;
- withdraw your consent;
- ask us to stop processing that is likely to cause you damage or distress;
- ask us to stop processing for direct marketing;
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
Write to us to use any of these, and we will answer within the period the Act allows.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. The form carries automated checks that reject bot submissions. The enquiry database and the dashboard that reads it sit behind a sign-in limited to our own team. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes to this notice
The current version is always the one on this page, and the date above is when it last changed. If a change materially affects data you have already sent us, we will tell you directly.
Contact
Write to hi@pixelborders.com for anything on this page. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may take the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
